Westin Homes at Lago Mar by Land Tejas in Texas City, TX

Building elegant homes is Westin Homes’ expertise, but making people delighted is its true passion. The builder has a strong reputation for delivering sophisticated luxury homes to the Houston community, and leads the market in providing the best product and interior design of any new homes. Westin’s high level of customer service means the builder is with its clients from the first home tour to the day they receive the keys to their new homes. Westin won’t start building until it understands what will make one of its houses the perfect new home.

The resort of your dreams is in Lago Mar, where white sand beaches surround the Caribbean-blue waters of Texas’ largest crystal lagoon. Opening in 2020, the 12-acre Lago Mar crystal clear lagoon is the tropical centerpiece of a 70-acre entertainment district featuring multiple beaches, a floating obstacle course, a swim-up bar, a 10,000-square-foot beach club with cabana pool and so much more. Swim, paddle, play and then end the day with drinks and dinner on our beautiful Breezeway Boardwalk.
