Sandlin Homes at Palomino Estates in Benbrook, TX

As a local home builder for over 60 years, Sandlin Homes knows that no two neighborhoods are alike. We choose an inspiring location with a picture in our minds of the people who will make their homes there once we’ve done our job. Well, we’ve done it again and the Sandlin family is excited to announce that Palomino Estates is now open in Benbrook, TX.

We found a location just 15 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth, near the Historic Camp Bowie District, filled with Texas history and endless options for shopping, dining, entertainment, recreation, and more—spanning 30 blocks. You can live in the peaceful splendor of Palomino Estates and then immerse yourself in the urban experience minutes later via I-30, 820, and 183, each one easily accessible to get you out and about and then home again. Truly, the best of both worlds will happen when you live in our new community.
